Pancake
We made pancakes today, and I think i did pretty good! For the first time it didn't taste like eggs. I went with the flow till the last minute when we started to bake the mix in the pan, that's when they went funny.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cup of S.R.F
- 1.2 cup of sugar
- one egg
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Oil to fry the pan cake
METHOD
- Add dry ingredients and mix
- Add wet ingredients
- Mix until well combined
- heat pan (element 5-6) add oil
- use serving spoon to size amount on pan
- Wait for bubbles to rise/ golden sides then flip
- Add toppings
